Hi! I'm AJ, and I created Galactic Daisy Learning. I have taught in many different subjects, grades, and locations in my tenure as an educator. 5th grade is probably my favorite level, and reading is definitely my favorite subject. I love to share resources that have made my classroom better - and that I hope can make your job easier! Each new resource I create is designed with culturally responsive classrooms in mind. I'm always trying to build things that I have struggled to find as I strive for a research-based, justice focused, anti-racist classroom.

I live in New York City, where I enjoy exploring new neighborhoods, finding outdoor adventures, and visiting the beach with my dog. I have an M.S. in Teaching & Learning, and recently completed my second Masters in International Education Development, Peace & Human Rights Education from Teachers College.
